Gospel Tabernacle is a group of believers. We believe that together in fellowship, we grow closer to God and one another.

We believe in iron sharpening iron and that together we grow stronger.

We value relationship with one another and look to grow through fellowship, and growing closer to God. We value the word of God and the leadership of the Holy Spirit.

MISSION

Gospel Tabernacle has the honor of connecting people to God, Jesus Christ, and one another in a loving and caring setting.We provide meaningful worship and devoted efforts for individuals to "Work out their own soul salvation." (Philippians 2:10-16)

VISION

We are a church based on adherence to the Word of God. Our Vision is (1) to strengthen the whole man: Physically, morally, and spiritually; (2) to impart Spiritual awareness through the preached word, intense Sunday School, and Bible Study; and (3) to be a praying and witnessing church effecting positive changes in our homes, schools, churches, and communities.

VALUES

We value the transforming of the way people shape their religious identity. We look to ensure that the ideals of our faith are deeply ingrained — and take pride in our ability to create a welcoming place for worshipers in the community. Fueled by a firm belief in the teachings of our Lord, we become one.

HISTORY

Humble Beginnings

Gospel Tabernacle was founded in March 1987.
The Late Dr. Clifford M. Terrell and Mother Jean Terrell had the vision to build a church on love with a mission to reach the multitudes.
Gospel Tabernacle is located in downtown Montgomery, Alabama.
Gospel Tabernacle is working on running a fully hybrid worship service. Currently, worship is performed live and over Zoom.
