Gospel Tabernacle is a church devoted to developing a holy consciousness. We believe that worship is something that can be expressed in everything we do, whether that be nourishing our bodies with food, chatting with friends, playing music, or enjoying nature. Our philosophy is deeply rooted in the Holy Scriptures, life’s only guidebook. Whatever your age, gender or race, there is a special place for you at our Church. MISSION

Gospel Tabernacle has the honor of connecting people to God, Jesus Christ, and one another in a loving and caring setting.We provide meaningful worship and devoted efforts for individuals to "Work out their own soul salvation." (Philippians 2:10-16)

VISION

We are a church based on adherence to the Word of God. Our Vision is (1) to strengthen the whole man: Physically, morally, and spiritually; (2) to impart Spiritual awareness through the preached word, intense Sunday School, and Bible Study; and (3) to be a praying and witnessing church effecting positive changes in our homes, schools, churches, and communities.

We value the transforming of the way people shape their religious identity. We look to ensure that the ideals of our faith are deeply ingrained — and take pride in our ability to create a welcoming place for worshipers in the community. HISTORY

Humble Beginnings

Gospel Tabernacle was founded in March 1987.
The Late Dr. Clifford M. Terrell and Mother Jean Terrell had the vision to build a church on love with a mission to reach the multitudes.
Gospel Tabernacle is located in downtown Montgomery, Alabama.
Gospel Tabernacle is working on running a fully hybrid worship service. Currently, worship is performed live and over Zoom.
